Request a Return Authorization Reference number.
Include your original receipt in the returned parcel ensuring that your Return Authorization Reference number is clearly written on the receipt. Any returned items that are not accompanied by an official returns reference number will not be accepted.
SMETS accepts returns and exchange requests made within 14 days from when the order has been received. Returns received after the 14 days’ time frame are accepted at the discretion of SMETS and can only be refunded with a 'store credit note' which can be used online or in store.

Please note that postal costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.

The products you return must be in new, unused, and unworn condition with all the original packaging and garment tags still attached. We do not accept any item with any indication that it has been used. In such cases, the item will be returned to you.
